Itinerary

8.00-8.45: Get picked up at hotels around Hanoi Old Quater to depart for Halong Bay. Our journey follows Hanoi – Haiphong – Tuan Chau Highway (about a 2,5 hour – drive). On the way, we stop for a short break for 30 minutes to relax

11:45: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, get on Luxury Cruise with our crew’s warm welcome. Enjoy the welcome drink then start the excursion to discover  the beauty of the world heritage site.

12:30: Enjoy Vietnamese buffet lunch on the boat .While having lunch, the boat will pass by the beautiful scenery on both sides with thousands of limestone.

14.00: You will visit Sung Sot Cave – the most beautiful cave with a lot of stalagmites and stalactites.

14.45: Do kayaking or bamboo boat through Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon.

15.15: Visit TiTop Island with its sandy beach. You can go swimming here or trek up to the top of the island for sightseeing all of Halong Bay.

16.30: Back to the boat for the sunset party (with wine, tea, fruits, and biscuits) meanwhile the boat is cruising back to the harbor.

18.00-18.15: Arrive back to the harbor. Get on the bus and return to Hanoi.

21.00: Get dropped off at the hotel. Tour ends.

Overview

Policies

Children Policy:

+ Ages 1–4: Free of charge (sit on parents’ lap, share services with parents). If a separate seat is required, an extra $10/seat on the Limo applies.

+ Ages 5–8: 75% of tour price (applied to one child only; from the second child, full adult price applies).

+ From 9 years old: Charged as adults

Booking and Payment Policies:

+ The customer receives the payment confirmation receipt via email within 15 minutes of successful booking.

+ The confirmation voucher will be released via email in less than 48 hours after customers making deposit.

+ To confirm the booking, 30% deposit of total tour cose will be required (not applied for prepaid service such as flight tickets, train tickets, early bird rate, etc). The remaining balance will need to be paid on one day before the starting day of the tour.

Cancellation Policies:

+ If cancellation are made 15 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of deposit will be charged as cancellation fees

+ If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 75.0% of deposit will be charged as cancellation fees

+ If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of deposit will be charged as cancellation fees.

Payment Terms Policies:

+ 100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 1 day before the date of travel.

Changing tour program and refund policies:

After the final programs were confirmed from both sides, Vietnam Heritage Tourism has the right to refuse all the change from the customers. To support for the customers, we will apply the policy below:

+ If the changes are made 15 days before travel date, Vietnam Heritage Tourism will charge no changing fee and send back the customers the final itinerary

+ If the changes are made less than 15 days before the travel date, Vietnam Heritage Tourism has the right to refuse to change. Customers will need to pay the extra for any fees that caused by these changes.
